"A meat pie should only contain meat!"

Vili, a Hungarian born pastry cook, took a fresh look at the traditional Australian pie and pasty.

"A meat pie should only contain meat" is Vili's philosophy. He only uses pure beef, not soy bean substitute or other artificial ingredients, plus fresh onions and rich beef gravy. It is encased in Vili's unique flaky pastry which is light yet holds the filling without spilling. Vili's pasties are hand folded and packed with fresh vegetables (never dehydrated or frozen ) specially grown for Vili.

Vili’s is known in the market place for being a sought-after product of high quality, a standard which Vili has always striven for, since commencing the business in 1968. Vili and his wife Rosemary are proud to have taken the business from strength to strength. Their son , Simon and daughter Alison are actively involved in the management, with Simon being in International Sales, and Alison as State Manager of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory.

Vili’s Pies are now enjoyed nationally and internationally, in Asia, Europe, the Pacific and in the U.S.A.

Through innovation, quality products and customer service we believe you will always “Taste the Difference”
